Jimbo’s was an “Old Florida” style  diner & restaurant which has become a landmark in the Cape Coral & Fort Myers Florida area since 1977.  All foods were prepared fresh daily on the premises. Meat selections included roast beef, steaks, ham, corned beef, chicken,  pork chops, hot dogs, turkey, and over 50 variations of hamburgers. Beef burgers were fresh, 8oz Black Angus steakburgers which were flame-broiled to order. Every burger on the menu was also available as a Chicken Burger. Daily specials at breakfast, lunch and dinner kept the  menu interesting.  Friday night specials always included Fish & Chips and slow roasted Prime Rib in 4 sizes including Petite.  Lunch items and Platters were served all day and could be ordered for takeout. Seafood choices were gulf white shrimp and fish.  Sandwiches included homemade mayo based  salads, fish, BLT’s, Cheesesteaks, home-cooked corned beef, reubens, roast beef, and spectacular clubs. Many sandwiches could be ordered as a mini bun items. A nice selection of Petite choices were also on the menu with smaller portions & lower pricing. Jimbo’s seated 160 and had 12  waterfront tables on a screened patio with pleasant views of the Malaga Canal and 150 feet of boat dock. Non-smoking & smoking sections had been established on the Patio for  comfort & enjoyment. Full Bar Service was available oand offeried spirits, cocktails, beer & wine. Free WiFi  hotspot service was active during business hours. Reservations were accepted.
